What is distance Reiki and how does it work?
Distance Reiki works on the principle that energy is not limited by physical space. During a session, I connect with your energy field remotely using established Reiki techniques. You simply relax in a comfortable space while healing energy flows to where it's needed most. Many clients report feeling warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation during sessions. However, it is perfectly normal to not feel physical sensations as Reiki is a subtle energy technique.
Do I need to do anything during the session?
For human sessions, find a quiet, comfortable place to sit or lie down. For animal sessions, your pet or horse can be in their normal environment; no special preparation is needed. Schedule a time when your animal can be in a calm setting. Tips on how to get the most benefit from your session will be emailed to you after booking.
How will I know if it's working?
Everyone experiences Reiki differently. Common responses include deep relaxation, emotional release, improved sleep, and a sense of peace. Animals often show visible signs like yawning, licking, sighing, or lying down. After each session, I provide a summary of what I observed energetically.
